Beyond The Pixels is looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join their team.

Here are some things that are important to us:

First and foremost you are living in Melbourne..

You should have been a bachelor of Graphic Design degree or equivalent and have created a portfolio for yourself that shows your passion for design as well as extensive practical experience of bringing projects to life, from an initial briefing to the final product.

You love design in all its many forms and hues and are continuously fascinated by the opportunity it offers. We are.

You may think like an artist, but wouldn't necessarily call yourself one and most importantly, you understand that we are working for clients, who trust us to create innovative and strategically sound solutions for them.

You like to be exposed to a variety of clients and genres and thrive on the contrasts and challenges this brings up.

Feels odd to even mention this, but you know Adobe's CS Suite inside out and feel at home when on a MAC. Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign will be open on your computer pretty much non-stop. You will need a solid knowledge of HTML & CSS with competent skills in Dreamweaver and Flash. Additional knowledge of applications such as After Effects and 3D packages are not essential, but welcome.
